1. SOIL REPORTS are complete on each lot.  It is then used by an engineer to design the perfect foundation according to the soil conditions present on your lot.
   
   
2. POST TENSION FOUNDATIONS are installed for stronger, more reliable foundations.
   
   
3. TERMITE TREATMENT is performed on each lot where the foundation will set.
   
   
4. LOW "E" INSULATED GLASS & DUAL PANNED WINDOWS are used in all of our homes.  Jeld-Wen also has an unprecedented 20 Year Warranty on Wood Windows. 
   
   
5. CIRCULATING PUMP provides hot water to your sinks, showers and tubs instantly
   
   
6. "WAG VALVES" are installed in the water heater pan which cuts the water off if the pan begins to fill with water.  This keeps water from overflowing out of the pan.  In addition to the wage valve, an oversized pan with a 6” lip is installed under the water heater to provide more security against overflow.
   
   
7. SEWER CAMERA SURVEYS are done on all sewer lines before the buyer moves in to insure that the plumbing is without blockage.
   
   
8. FIBERGLASS OR CULTURED MARBLE SHOWER PANS are installed in each shower to minimize water penetration.
   
   
9. THE 14 SEER HVAC unit maximizes the energy efficiency while keeping your home cool and comfortable.
   
   
10. THE HVAC 10 YEAR PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY comes with each of our homes.
    
    
11. OPEN WEB TRUSSES are installed on the second floor for a quieter home than I Joists or stick framing.
    
    
12. 1 1/8” ADVANTECH floor decking is glued and screwed for the second floor.  Screwing, rather than nailing the floor system, minimizes creaky floors over time.  Advantech is also water resistant, and thus does not warp or swale with brief exposure to moisture as oriented strand board or plywood does during construction or in the event of exposure to moisture in the future.
    
    
13. THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING IS COVERED WITH 7/16" ORIENTED STRAND BOARD to provide structural strength in the frame.  In addition, Tyvec Wrap is used on the outside of the home to insure water does not infiltrate the outside walls of the home.
    
    
14. FULL GUTTERING on each home.  Full gutters help maintain the moisture content of the yard which will help keep the ground from swelling and shrinking.  That helps maintain the performance of the foundation.
    
    
15. SOLID CORE DOORS used throughout entire home.  Solid core doors are longer lasting and provide better sound insulation.
    
    
16. DRY WALL INSTALLED WITH SCREWS. This minimizes nail popping and wavy sheet rock over time as the home settles.
    
    
17. STRUCTURED WIRING is installed in each home to allow for networking, media, and other wiring needs.
    
    
18. TILE GUARD is used in all valleys to keep alignment as well as flash for water penetration.
    
    
19. DENSE SHIELD is installed behind all shower and tub walls in order to seal the surface for water exposure.
